{"id":4151,"date":"2024-12-26T03:32:07","date_gmt":"2024-12-26T03:32:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/weeklyyoung.pk\/?p=4151"},"modified":"2024-12-26T03:32:07","modified_gmt":"2024-12-26T03:32:07","slug":"kabul-protests-air-strike-against-terror-camps-in-paktika","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/weeklyyoung.pk\/?p=4151","title":{"rendered":"Kabul protests air strike against \u2018terror camps\u2019 in Paktika"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u2022 Pakistani diplomat handed strong protest note; special envoy continues meetings with top Afghan Taliban officials<br \/>\n\u2022 Banned groups attempt to \u2018debunk\u2019 claims of militant casualties, post videos purportedly showing \u2018slain men\u2019 alive and well<\/p>\n<p>PESHAWAR: The Afghan Taliban regime on Wednesday lodged a strong protest with Islamabad over an air strike, carried out by Pakistani jets near the Pak-Afghan border the previous day, warning that Afghanistan\u2019s territorial sovereignty was the red line for the ruling Islamic Emirate, Kabul\u2019s foreign ministry said in a statement on Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe foreign ministry of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan summoned Pakistan\u2019s charge d\u2019affaires in the afternoon and handed a strong protest note over Pakistani military planes bombings in district Bermal in Paktika province near the border just across Durand Line,\u201d the statement said.<\/p>\n<p>It condemned \u201caggression by Pakistani military\u201d at a time when an emissary of the country\u2019s government was in Kabul for talks with officials of the Afghan government.
